$41 million, dedicated to the development of new office buildings in Birmingham and Los Angeles. Major renovations to the Chicago District Office, and expansion in Lenexa.

New facilities will serve current ICC expansion, and provide tenant opportunities.

Patterned after our green ICC headquarter in Washington, a Silver LEED-Certified Building, our capital improvements will follow the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Enviromental Design) Green Building Rating System developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).

Rives Construction Company has been hired to oversee delivery of all II expansion projects. Rives' services will involve properly search and acquisition, sale of existing facilities, and design and construction of all future ICC facilities, nation-wide.
BIRMINGHAM

Rives Construction Company is well into the property searches in Birmingham and in Los Angeles for the Council's greenVision expansion program. Birmingham is a impressive city with an expanding international medical and research complex, an important financial and banking center and is growing as a major, regional retail center. The city is no stranger to real estate development in all of these sectors. There are many development opportunities available in the Birmingham market. Several real estate options are currently being evaluated, as ICC and Rives move forward with the greenVision program, and with developing ancillary business opportunities. In the weeks ahead ICC and Rives will define a process for accelerating the Birmingham property search and development launch.
