Rives Construction Company has been hired to oversee delivery of all II expansion projects. Rives' services will involve properly search and acquisition, sale of existing facilities, and design and construction of all future ICC facilities, nation-wide.

Rives Construction Company is well into a property search in Los Angeles for the Council's greenVision expansion program. Rives has engaged Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. on behalf of ICC, to search and evaluate properties in the Los Angeles market. Cushman & Wakefield is a global, privately held real estate services firm headquartered in New York City and has 189 offices throughout 57 countries. Tom Sheets with Cushman & Wakefield is the agent handling the ICC property search. Several properties are currently being considered and are being evaluated by Cushman & Wakefield. These properties will be presented to Rives and ICC for further evaluation leading to a selection.
