I-QUEST LICENSE AGREEMENT
NONEXCLUSIVE LICENSE AGREEMENT
This material is licensed by the International Code Council, Inc.® (ICC)® to users for their use only on the terms set out below. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully and if you do not agree, do not install the software. By installing the contents herein on your computer, you agree to be bound by the terms listed below.
License
The ICC hereby agrees to grant you, upon your acceptance of the terms of this agreement, a nonexclusive license to use the enclosed software and content, subject to the terms and restrictions as set out in this license agreement.
Copyright
The material contained herein is copyrighted by the ICC. You may not copy or otherwise reproduce the content or any portion thereof except as expressly provided in this license agreement. You may, however, make backup copies as required for your own use provided that you reproduce all copyright notices and other proprietary legends on such copies.
Restrictions on Use and Transfer
The original and backup copies of the software may only be used in connection with a single computer. You may not distribute copies of the software to others. You may transfer this license, together with the original and all backup copies of the software, provided that you give the ICC written notice and the transferee completes and returns to the ICC satisfactory evidence of his or her agreement to be bound by the terms of this license. Without advance written permission from the copyright owner, no part of this disk may be reproduced, distributed or transmitted in any form or by any means, including, without limitation, electronic, optical or mechanical means (by way of example and not

Network Version
Purchase of the network version of the I-Quest program entitles you to install it on one network server. The number of users will be based on the license agreement that you purchased, as long as each user is directly connected to the server on which I-Quest is installed. Installation of the network version of I-Quest on more than one server will constitute a violation of this license agreement.
Limited Warranty
The ICC warrants the disks on which the software is recorded to be free from defects in materials and faulty workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days after the date of original purchase. If, during this period of time, a defect in the disk should occur, this disk may be returned to the ICC, and the ICC will replace the disk without charge. Your sole remedy, in the event of a defect in the disk, is replacement of the disk.
Except as expressly provided above for media, the ICC makes no warranties either expressed or implied with respect to the software, its merchantability or its fitness for a particular purpose. This software is sold on an “as is” basis. The entire risk as to its quality and performance is with you. Should the software prove defective, you assume the entire cost of necessary servicing, repair or correction and any incidental or consequential damages. In no event will the ICC be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any defect in the software even if the ICC has been advised of the possibility of such damage. Some states do not allow the exclusion
or limitation of implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
Your installation and use of this program acknowledges that you have read the customer license and agree to its terms. You further agree that the license agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between us and supersedes any proposal or prior agreement, oral or written, and any other communications between us relating to the subject matter of this agreement.
