License Agreement
The International Code Council® hereby grants you a nonexclusive license to use the computer software and manual delivered to you hereunder. Pursuant to this license, you may use this software on any computer system owned by you within the limits of either two different login names on the same computer or two different computers. You may not distribute copies of the software or manual to others. The software and manual may not be modified or translated by you into any electronic medium or machine-readable form. The original software and manual delivered hereunder, and any copies made by you, in whole or in part, remain the property of ICC®, and may not be reproduced by you.

This license may not be assigned, sublicensed or otherwise transferred by you. ICC® may terminate this license if you are in default of any terms and conditions thereof. Upon termination of this license, you must return the original software and manual, and any copies made by you, to the distributor from whom you obtained the product, and certify that no other copies were made by you at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranty
Neither the International Code Council® nor Adobe® makes any warranty or representation, either expressed or implied, with respect to this software and manual, or their content, quality, performance, marketability or fitness for a particular purpose. This software and manual are provided as is without warranty of any kind and you, the licensee, are assuming the entire risk as to their content, quality, performance, and use. In no event will the International Code Council® or Adobe® be liable for any programs or data stored in or used with this product, including the costs of recovering said programs or data.

This disclaimer of warranty and the remedy for physical defects in the software set forth herein are exclusive and in lieu of all others, expressed or implied. No distributor, agent or employee is authorized
to make any modification, extension or addition to this warranty. If any physical defects are found in the software or manual under normal use, during the first 30 days after delivery, your sole remedy is replacement of the defective item without charge.
